Create File

Files are an integral part of Nota. This is why there are a lot of ways to create a file:

• Create a draft with ⌘n and then save it with ⌘s.
• Right-click on a folder in the Folders sidebar and select New File.
• Right-click on a folder label in the Files sidebar and select New File.
• Right-click on the empty space in the Files sidebar and select New File.
• Open File → Quick Dialog... ⌘p, type a file name, and hit ⌃↵.
• Write a wiki-link [[file]] and hit ⌃↵.
• Write a Markdown link [](./file.md) and hit ⌃↵.
